Smoked Beef Fajitas

March 18, 2017

Ever tried a pulled smoked beef fajita? We love these little snacks that are packed with flavour and super easy, both the children like them too, as they are a bit more interactive than their normal meals (I do however put a lot less spice through them though for the children!!)

  • Prep: 10 mins
  • Cook: 20 mins

Directions

1In a hot pan add the olive oil followed by the onions, garlic, chili flakes, paprika and peppers, sauté for five minutes over a medium heat then stir in the pulled beef brisket.

2Once the beef is hot throughout, add the chopped tomatoes, coriander and green onion and keep cooking until all mixture is dry.

3Check for seasoning, and serve.

4We would recommend Sour Cream, Guacamole, chopped Lettuce and of course some warmed flour Tortilla wraps.

Ingredients

Drizzle of Virgin Oil

1 kg Smoked Beef Brisket

1 Green Bell Pepper chopped finely

1 Onion chopped finely

4 Garlic Cloves

1 tsp Chili Flakes

1 tsp Paprika (smoked optional)

Small bunch Coriander chopped

2 Fresh Tomatoes finely chopped (squeeze all the juice out)

1 bunch Green Onion finely chopped

Salt and Pepper to taste
