This sweet and savoury rub works well on all ribs and combines three types of peppers: black, white, and red, for a delicious flavour experience.
1Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Either use immediately or store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place. Mixture can be kept for up to 6 months.
2To use: apply rub evenly over ribs. The general rule is what sticks is the perfect amount.
200 g Brown Sugar, dark
120 g Paprika
2 tbsp Salt
1 tbsp Black Pepper
1 tbsp White Pepper
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
