This poultry rub adds orange flavour with nutmeg and cloves to give you a delicious bird. If you are preparing a turkey, you will want to double this recipe. This rub can be used on chicken as well.
1Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week after preparation.
2This rub can be added to marinades, sauces, brines, and bastes
2 tbsp Ground Ginger
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Orange zest
1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
