This Slaw is a little different from the normal run of the mill Coleslaw, it’s simple fresh and is a perfect accompaniment with our 12 hours smoked beef brisket.
1In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, vinegar, salt & pepper.
2Grate the carrots and apple in to a bow of water.
3When finished, drain well, and squeeze out any remaining water from the carrot and apple then bind the carrots, apples, raisins, and coriander to the yogurt dressing.
2-3 tbsp Greek Yogurt or Sour Cream
2-3 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
Sea Salt
Cracked Black Pepper
5 Large Carrots peeled
2 Granny Smith Apples
Handful of Raisins
Chopped Coriander
