Lamb Sosaties with Tzatziki

Get stuck into these delectable Springbok lamb skewers at your next barbecue. They're marinated in light herbs and Spice, serve with a cool and refreshing tzatziki for a flavoursome, meaty starter or light main with some fresh flat breads.

Directions

For the Tzatziki

1In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, cucumber, lemon juice, and mint and then season with salt and pepper.

2Place in a serving bowl and then drizzle with olive oil.

For the Sosaties

1Preheat a griddle pan.

2Place the Sosaties on the griddle for 3 minutes each side.

3The lamb should be slightly pink in the middle.

4When the lamb is cooked, divide between 4 plates and serve with the tzatziki, warm flat bread and lemon, and serve.

Ingredients

1 kg Springbok Lamb Sosaties (8-10 pc)

1 Cucumber

Half Lemon, juiced

2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Sea Salt

Cracked Black Pepper

5 oz. Greek Yogurt

Half a Cucumber deseeded and finely chopped

Small bunch of Mint, shredded

Flat Breads
