My Guacamole

I have been making this for years, I love it and it is a little garlicy but that’s how I like it! The secret is not to over mash the avocados, it needs to be chunky!!! My Chef pal, Christophlamypie also uses a little cumin through his, have a go see what you think!

Directions

1Just throw it all in a bowl, use a fork to cut through the avocado and fold it ensuring the oil and lime coats the avocado well, the chunks need to be no smaller that 1cm squared.

2Enjoy!!

Ingredients

2-3 Ripe and ready Avocados, halved and de-seeded and skinned

2-3 Cloves of Garlic (I use the fine side of a cheese greater)

Sea Salt

Cracked Black Pepper

Lots and lots of Chipotle Tabasco sauce

2 Limes (juice of)

Small bunch of Coriander, chopped

Virgin Oil

2 Tomatoes, quartered, de-seeded, and diced
