This is the perfect little side to serve with our 14 hours smoked beef brisket. The fresh and crisp
Cabbage works so well with the tender beef as the citrus flavours lift the smoky brisket
1In a large bowl, whisk together the orange and lime juices, oil, brown sugar, salt & pepper.
2Add the cabbage and carrots and toss to combine.
3Chop and fold in the coriander just before serving
100 ml Fresh Orange Juice
500 ml Fresh Lime Juice
Olive Oil
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
Sea Salt
Cracked Black Pepper
2 Carrots, grated
Fresh Coriander
